The Sri Lanka Institute of Directors

The Sri Lanka Institute of Directors joined the Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka to organize the highly acclaimed 'Company Directors Course' for the second consecutive year on the 26th and 27th of March 2012.

The two day course which was a non - residential programme for practicing Directors as well as aspiring consisted of five modules which aimed at improving board performance of the former whilst providing guidance to the latter on all aspects of a Director's role including Governance, Ethics, Compliance, Finance, Strategy, Risk and the General Legal Environment.
